Skills learnt - We had to dribble the ball around some cones that were layed out and then pass the ball back to the next person when you had finished. The coaching points of this exercise were to keep the football close to your feet so that you didnt lose control of the ball.
Technique - The technique that we used were we placed the cones about 1 metre apart which give us plenty of space to manouver around the cones. I used the inside of my foot when dribling around the cones so that it gave me more control on the ball.
Tactic - The reason for using this skill is to get passed your opposition in a match situation to create a goalscoring opporunity for your team and to keep control of the ball so you dont give it to your opponents.
Stregths and Weaknesses - My strengths in dribling is that I can keep good control of the ball using my left foot when dribling around the cones but my weakness is using my right foot because I have less control.
