Skill learnt - In this exercise, I had to volley the ball in the air and shot at the net to try and score a goal in the goalkeeper. The skill that I learnt was to accurately hit the ball on target and I did this by keeping my eye on the ball all the way until it made contact with my foot which would sucessfully hit the target.
Technique - The technique for volleying is to practice shooting at a close range until you hit the ball on target on a regular basis and then you can move further away from the net to make it a bit more challenging.
Tatic - The reason for using this skill is so that if you are finding it difficult to find an opponent in a match, then you might try volleying the ball to try and score a goal for your team.
Strengths and Weaknesses - My strength in this exercise was that I could frequently hit the target using my left foot when volleying the ball, but my weakness was that I could not hit the target using my right foot.
